Governor Abiodun Made This Known This Saturday While Speaking With Journalists Immediately After He Voted At His Home Town, Ikenne Local Government, Ita-Osanyin, Iperu Ward 3, Polling Units 2.
Abiodun, Speaking On The Lateness Of The State Independent Electoral Commission And Materials In Some Parts Of The State, Noted That In Many Elections, One Cannot Rules Out Some Logistics Hiccups, While Appreciating The Good People Of The State For Coming Out In Large Numbers To Exercise Their Franchise For Democracy Particularly At This Time.
According To Naijanewsbox Correspondent, Governor Abiodun Who Commended The Law Enforcement Agency For Working Collaboratively In Ensuring That There Was A Peaceful Election, Said He Was Confidence That When The Election Is Concluded, Everybody Would Be Happy.
He Therefore Urged The Media To Be Objective In Their Reporting And Give The Election Process Adequate Coverage, Rather Than Causing Confusion Across State.
