In a concerning development, Bola Abiodun and her spouse, identified as Sunday, have come under scrutiny in the Temidire community of Ogun State.
Allegations suggest their involvement in the disposal of their tenant’s body following a tragic incident on May 8, 2024. The tenant, known as Iya Ibukun, had been involved in a hit-and-run accident a few days earlier and subsequently passed away at their residence.
Instead of notifying authorities, the couple purportedly removed Ibukun’s body from their premises and disposed of it in a nearby canal. The authorities have launched an investigation into the matter, and the police are currently seeking the whereabouts of Bola Abiodun and Sunday.
Our correspondent learned that the incident, which occurred at about 12:05 pm on May 8, 2024, moved the state police command to launch a search for the couple who had disappeared following the alleged crime.
