Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun Says His Adminstration’s Plans To Boost The State’s Economy Through Public Private Partnership, (Ppp) Has Yielded Positively As The United Kingdom Is Set To Partner With The State Government In The Area Of Manufacturing, Agriculture And Human Development.

Abiodun, Who Disclosed This While Addressing The Delegates Led By The British High Commissioner To Nigeria,  Richard Montgomery At His Office In Okemosan, Abeokuta, Revealed That The State Is Open To Foreign Investments As The Proposed Five Billion Dollar Used Battery Recycling Manucturing Company Will Bring Job Opportunities, Increase The State Internally Generated Revenue, (Igr) And Improve On The Standard Of The Living Of The People Of The State.

The Governor, Who Lauded The British Government For Their Immense Support To The State In The Past Described The Proposed Battery Recycling Company As A Welcome Development As It Is In Line With The Vision Of The State Government In Tackling The Problem Of Environmental Pollution And Waste Management.

Governor Abiodun While Disclosed That The State Is An Industrial Hub The Of The Country, Stated That His Administration Has Introduced And Implemented Many Reforms That Have Encouraged More Investors Into The State And The State Government Has Concluded Plans To Invest In The Generation And Transmission Of Electricity For The Usage Of Large Number Of Industries Across The State.
