According To Her” We Decided To Use Our Family Network To Be Able To Look At The Areas Of The Deepest Needs, And How We Can Come Together At The Social Level, Economic Level, And Supportive Levels, To See What We Can Do To Impact Them. So, We Reached Out To Some Of The Schools Here, And It Was Made Clear To Us That Many Students Don’t Even Have Basic Resources To Come To School, So The Goal Is To Ask That Headmistress To Give Us Numbers Of The Students And That Is Our Biggest Target”.
“Ake Is Special Because Of The Family History It Comes With Nostalgia Because It Is Our Roots. Our Grandparents Who Are So Instrumental In Our Lives Played A Huge Role Here And This Place Means A Lot To Them, We Read The Books We Understand The Symbolism The Power The Joy That Came Out Of It” .
